Besides providing construction services, several dignified buildings have been created as development projects in the past, perhaps the most famous ones of them are the City Plaza office building and the De la Gardie department store in Tallinn.
During the recent years, the net turnover of the company sale has remained a little over 400 million kroons. The purpose is not to become the largest construction company, but rather to remain among the quality leaders.
The company has more than 10 years of experience as a builder in the Russian construction market, and now a significant part of the annual turnover also comes behind the Eastern border.
The companies included in the Estconde group are buildingcompany Estconde-E and Estconde Invest , which deals with real estate investments and Estconde Kinnisvara, which deals with real estate administration and maintenance.
