Water supply / Drainage system
A bore well / pump station has been established and the main pipelines of water supply and drainage system are being designed. The completed pump station is serving the region with 600 m3 of water per day.
Fire-fighting water supply
The maximum estimated fire-fighting water demand of the production and commercial buildings with the minimum fire-resistance class of TP3 and with the maximum volume of over 50,000 m3 is up to 35 l/sec for the duration of three hours. The hydrants ensure a flow volume of 15 l/sec and the missing necessary water volume for fire-fighting is stored in a water tank.
Gas supply
An existing B category gas pipeline is located in the eastern part of the land plot No. 1. Underground closure systems will be installed at the border of the land plots; these will be the connection points between the seller and the consumers.
Power supply
The power supply of the planned commercial and production land plots will be received from a substation via cable lines. There will be 3 x 50 A connection boards at the borders of the land plots No. 2 and 3. The connection board of the land plot No. 1 is located at the substation, because the planned substation is located on land plot No. 1.
Heating supply
The type of the heating system will be determined in the course of the design works for buildings. It will be possible to implement gas heating in a combination with electrical heating.
